Ingredients
- 4 ounces elbow macaroni
- Bacon
- 4 ounces cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Method
- Fry bacon, shred cheese, make macaroni.
- In saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter over low heat. Add flour to make roux. Slowly add milk, whisking smooth. Add cheese and melt. Add pepper, salt, paprika, and bacon. Mix in macaroni.
- Serve immediately.
