Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh ginger (Squeeze?)
- 2 green onions
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken
- 2 tsp garlic chili paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- Chopped peanuts
- Rice/Rice Noodles
Method
- Sauté chicken, garlic, and ginger until chicken is no longer pink. Turn off IP.
- Add in chili paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice and stir.
- Place peanut butter on top of chicken and do not stir.
- Cook on high pressure 5 minutes. Allow to rest 5 minutes, then vent.
- Stir peanut butter into chicken.
